Your meeting notes become decisions that get followed up

Type notes as the meeting goes. Kanriq proposes the minutes, the leader validates them, and the actions join the site's action plan.

From raw notes to minutes

Notes are sorted into findings, decisions, actions and open questions. A condition (« if sorting finds more parts, we warn the customer ») stays a conditional action, not a decision; an initial is matched to the attendee it designates.

Owners and due dates, never made up

An owner or a due date only appears if the notes give it. « Monday » stays « Monday »: the date is not guessed.

An action plan linked to the files

Each action keeps its origin (complaint, meeting, audit), owner, due date and status. Validated minutes become evidence the next 8D steps can cite.

Frequently asked questions

Are minutes published automatically?
No. AI proposes, the leader validates; a draft is never used as evidence in the case file.
Can a meeting close a step?
If the notes decide to close or reopen a step, the minutes propose it; the leader then confirms through the step's usual flow.
Are actions linked to the 8D?
Yes: an action from a meeting on a complaint stays attached to that case in the action plan.
