Who we are
Kanriq is published by Kanriq. For any question about your data, contact us at support@qoomply.com.
Data we process
We process account data (name, email, organization), the documents and quality evidence you import, customer claims and corrective actions, quality indicators, and your exchanges with the assistant. Documents and the search index are scoped to your organization and your site — never mixed across customers.
Kanriq Terrain mobile app
Kanriq Terrain is reserved for users of Kanriq's customer organizations: accounts are created by the organization's administrator, and there is no sign-up in the app.
The app processes your email and name (account created by the administrator), a one-time sign-in code or a single sign-on (SSO) token, the content of the report you send (title, details, one photo), the organization and site concerned, the date and the author. Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp).
The app contains no advertising, no analytics tool, no cross-app tracking, no advertising identifier and no in-app purchase. Telemetry is turned off, including that of the authentication service. The organization is the data controller; Kanriq acts as its processor.
Permissions the app asks for
Camera: only when you choose “Take a photo”. Photo library: only to pick an image to attach. The app does not access either in the background and does not ask for location access. However, photos may contain the metadata recorded by the camera, including the GPS position if it is turned on on your phone: it is sent with the photo.
The photo is sent directly, over HTTPS, to Azure Blob Storage (European Union) using a single-use, short-lived signed address. The app keeps no copy of it.
Deleting your mobile account
Because accounts are managed by your organization, deletion is requested from its administrator or at support@qoomply.com. The steps, the data deleted and the data kept are detailed on this site's “Delete account” page.
Legal basis and purpose
We process this data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of your consent for optional communications, and to meet our legal obligations. No data is sold to third parties.
Hosting and subprocessors
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, within the European Union (Sweden). We use Clerk for authentication, and Mistral AI and Azure OpenAI to process documents and power the assistant. Every subprocessor is contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.
Retention period
Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after termination, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to support@qoomply.com, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any material change will be notified by email or by a banner on the site.
