Getting started

Kanriq brings an industrial site’s quality system together: 8D complaints, root cause analysis, meetings and action plan, documents, audits, KPIs and gap analysis. The AI makes proposals based on what your case files contain; your team validates.

First steps

  1. Create your workspace. A workspace is one organization. Each production site in it has its own standards, documents, complaints and KPIs: one site’s data is never visible from another.

  2. Declare your standards. Name the standards the site follows — for example ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or ISO 27001. Kanriq reads your documents through those requirements.

  3. Import your documents. Upload your procedures, work instructions, forms and records. Every version is kept; the version in force is the one people consult and the AI cites.

  4. Invite the team. Add the site’s members with their role. On each complaint, the 8D team is then formed from these members.
