How the AI works
Kanriq’s AI assists the quality team; it does not make decisions. Four rules apply everywhere in the application.
1. It proposes, the team validates
Section titled “1. It proposes, the team validates”A proposal enters a case file only after a team member validates it. The steps of an 8D are closed only by the leader.
2. Every answer cites its source
Section titled “2. Every answer cites its source”An answer shows where it comes from: the complaint description, an attached document, validated meeting minutes, a quality system document. A citation points to the exact passage.
3. What is not in the case file is not invented
Section titled “3. What is not in the case file is not invented”When the case file cannot answer, the answer stays empty with the note “Not found in the case file” and what is missing. An inference that goes beyond the facts is marked interpretation.
4. It reads the case file as validated
Section titled “4. It reads the case file as validated”Draft minutes or an unvalidated step are never presented as established facts; a check with no recorded result is never presented as passed.
