The process map shows the site’s processes, rebuilt from the data extracted from its documents.
Reading the map
Section titled “Reading the map”- Processes sit in three families: management, operational and support.
- Each process shows its owner and opens its sheet, where the documents that describe it (procedures, work instructions, records) are linked.
- Three views: map, cards and table.
Where the data comes from
Section titled “Where the data comes from”From the imported documents: on import, the AI classifies each document and extracts its fields (code, revision, process, owner…). These values are proposals, validated by a reviewer before they count. See Documents and search.
