The KPI center brings together the site’s process indicators.

Tracking indicators

Section titled “Tracking indicators”
  • Indicators are entered in a workbook, period by period, with their target and alert threshold.
  • Each indicator reads as a trend.

Summary and alerts

Section titled “Summary and alerts”
  • Every month, the AI writes a summary of the indicators: what improves, what declines.
  • When an indicator declines several months in a row or crosses its threshold, an alert is raised, in the app and by e-mail according to the site’s alert rules.
